My Reflection
We have been learning to link ideas ( both implicit and explicit)
in the text to give a greater under standing of the story. In this pice of work I was proud of what i did for my oops.

I am learning to recognise and describe 3D shapes using mathematical language.
Success Criteria
I know I will be successful when I:

Award
Today I got award for wearing the right uniform at school for the hole seven weeks i have been here. I so glad I got it.

My subtraction goal
My Maths goal
I am learning to learn more about subtracting.
Success Criteria
I know I will be successful when I
· use the reversing strategy when it is the easiest way
· explore the equal addition strategy and explain why it works so well in some subtraction problems
· explain my thinking with equipment, an empty number line, and mental strategies
The maths olympiad
Well what happened at the Maths Olympiad...when we got to the auditorium there were tables all lined up for the groups of four for the maths. When it was time to start Caleb B ran to the person that gave you the piece of paper he got it and ran all the way back to the table. I was the reader so I had to read the it to the group. It was a bit hard but we got five points for it. So Caleb ran got another one. That one was really hard but we tried it twice we still didn't get so we passed. We kept doing our math and then the timer was up. We saw that we came last but we had fun and that's all that matters to me.
